Kind of Thai Dessert
Thai dessert occur since long time ago
and invent by Thai ancestor. There are a
lot of Thai dessert which different taste, ingredient and cooking, some kind
use egg to be the ingredient that we think it is not the ingredient to cook
dessert but it can. Thai dessert often
use in different ceremony such as wedding, some religion ceremony, some
tradition and some dessert use in the palace tradition.
Thai dessert divide the kind of
dessert follow the method of cooking. The
first kind of Thai dessert is steamed.
Steamed is using the heat to make the bread cooked by use the steamer
which the top class is the colander for put the bread and the below class for
boil the water. Thai dessert than make
from steamed method such as Kanom Tarn.
The second or bake is stirring is
bring the liquid to mix until it be hamogeneous and sticky. Thai dessert that use this way to cook such
as Kanom Peakpoon and Kamom Takoh.
The third kind is candy.
Almost candy will be candy the fruits such as banana candy by boil the
water with sugar then bring fruit in to the syrup until fruit as mellow. The dessert make from candy method can be
keep for long time such as banana candy, fracture candy and pumpkin candy.
The fourth kind is boiling
by use the coconut milk is the main ingredient next, add sugar and a few
of salt and add the ingredient that we need such as dough or any fruits
then, boiled until as mellow. Thai dessert that use boiling method to cook
such Bua Loi and Kao Tom.
The last kind is fry.
This kind of dessert is fried the ingredient in the pan that heat oil
until it ripe. Thai dessert the use
fried method such as Banana fried and Dok Jok.
There are many kind to do Thai dessert which different and
have a charm in its self. Kleeb Lam Duan
