Kleeb Lam Duan
Kleeb Lam Duan is
the Tahi dessert was found for long time ago and it is the unique dessert
because its design look like Lam Duan flower and baked with candle smoke which
not easy to cook it. Therefore in this
blog I would like to write about how to cook Kleeb Lam Duan dessert.
Before
go to the step to do Kleeb Lam Duan, must be survey and prepare the equipments and ingredients.
For
equipment as follow :

Oven
-
Flour sieve
-
Measuring cup
-
Measuring spoon
For
ingredient as follow :
-Sift
flour 3 cups
-
Oil ¾ cup
-
Icing sugar 1½ cups
The
first step is flour cooking that admix the dough with icing sugar after that
gradually add water and simultaneously thresh flour to be homogeneous.


Next is the flour
molding that mold the petal part which mold the flour seem the Lam Duan petal
for 3 petals per each flower and mold the round flour to be the pollen in the
center then, compound each piece to be the flower pattern, after that arrange each
flower dessert into the tray. Finally,
baked it until ripe and bring it into the bottle and baked with candle smoke
then finish.
Kleeb Lam Duan can
keep for long time and be the dessert for eat every time It good taste, good smell and very joyously
when eat it. When the ceremony or
festival comes it can be the gift for the lovers and the relatives.
